Delivery Charges Explained
All goods are sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Service*, and are insured against loss and damage. Delivery is a guaranteed Next Working Day Service. If we are unable to fulfil your order within this time a member of staff will contact you and provide an expected delivery date. This service is provided free to all customers spending over £50.00.

All deliveries are shipped fully insured and in the unlikely event that your purchase goes missing or is damaged in the post, please contact us within 28 days to arrange for a full refund or replacement
Returns & Faulty Goods
Please Note: We recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery to return products to us. This provides an insured method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.
Returns (non-faulty goods)
You have the right to return your goods for a full refund within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of return.
Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by ourselves or by you when returning the goods to us.
A Return Authorisation number must be obtained from our technical support department prior to return. This can be obtained by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please not that any goods marked 'Special Sale Offer', can not be returned for a full refund unless the product is faulty.
Returns (faulty goods)
If you suspect your product to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorisation number. email@example.com.
If you suspect that your product has become faulty outside your first 28 days of purchase, but still within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly.
